Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Son Bomberg in the 3rd minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 6th minute. Tudor Vrabie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Son Bomberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Son Bomberg's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 16th minute, Fotbal Club Brasovia's Villiam Alströmmer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 18th minute, Boruc Gotfryd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fotbal Club Brasovia's goalie prevented a goal. 31 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Brasovia's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Noh Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 44th minute of the game Vintilă Tolea made a throw-in which Villiam Alströmmer played forward. In the 44th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noh Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Son Bomberg's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Fotbal Club Brasovia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Noh Gol quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 57 minutes Fotbal Club Brasovia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fotbal Club Brasovia's Noh Gol did a great save. Noh Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fotbal Club Brasovia's goalkeeper Noh Gol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Vintilă Tolea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Fotbal Club Brasovia's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noh Gol came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 70th minute. Tudor Vrabie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Noh Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 80th minute of play. A hard shot 83 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Noh Gol managed to make a qualified save. Fotbal Club Brasovia's players were relieved. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Son Bomberg in the 87th minute of play. After 88 played minutes Fotbal Club Brasovia got a freekick which was hit by Boruc Gotfryd. After 91 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. After 94 played minutes Fotbal Club Brasovia got a freekick which was hit by Corneliu Stănoiu. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fotbal Club Brasovia fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
