Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by 赵诚响 in the 87 minute of the game. 赵诚响 hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 宋翀平 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. 宋翀平 came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Moises Tafalla. But to his dismay, Moises Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
