Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Rodolfo Cordeiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Miguel Transito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santa Maradona's Miguel Transito got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Rodolfo Cordeiro took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. In the 16th minute, Laureano Sustrai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Transito's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute, Wei Kang Hai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Transito went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santa Maradona's goalkeeper Jonathan Errapel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Transito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Transito in the 40th minute of play. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Miguel Transito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 52 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Miguel Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Maradona's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Transito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gervasio Garcia charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th minute Santa Maradona were awarded a corner. Haroldo Martxot went to the cornerflag to take it. After 70 minutes of play, Santa Maradona's Miguel Transito made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute, Wei Kang Hai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Wei Kang Hai came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Santa Maradona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wei Kang Hai couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Beltxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 83rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Transito struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santa Maradona. In the 91st minute, Rodolfo Cordeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santa Maradona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1.
