Teodoro Che hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Deportivo Pergamino's Marcos Bela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pergamino from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Mexico's Luca Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcos Bela in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Jurgi in the 18th minute of the match. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Pergamino's goalkeeper Marcos Bela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 30 minutes, Remigio Gasteiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Pergamino and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joel Gaona was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Bela having to interfere. In the 67th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Bela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pergamino's Ambrosio Taurino got a free kick in the 67th minute. A collision led to Deportivo Pergamino getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ambrosio Taurino hit a great ball. Marcos Bela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Sancho came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Tafalla scored 3-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Bela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Gaona to maneuver through the defense. After 95 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Bela was left in no man's land by his defense there!
