Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Aurelian Zogreanu made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd match minute, Ninjas in Pyjamas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iván Zamorano to maneuver through the defense. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. After 5 played minutes Ninjas in Pyjamas got a freekick which was hit by Juninho Junior. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aron Neculce saved Ninjas in Pyjamas from getting behind. Aron Neculce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Neculce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Iván Zamorano could shoot a difficult shot in the 16th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. Aron Neculce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Cornel Surdilă quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Primitivo Andino, made in the 31st minute of the game. Aron Neculce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Aron Neculce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. Aron Neculce came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 44 minutes, Aurelian Zogreanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ninjas in Pyjamas and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aurelian Zogreanu hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aron Neculce having to make a save.

After a rather tough play, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Ionuț Măcriș got a free kick in the 50th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sol Campbell hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aron Neculce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Neculce having to interfere. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Aron Neculce when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Ninjas in Pyjamas's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aron Neculce came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Aron Neculce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 79th minute of the match. After 88 minutes, Agustín Saelices made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Aron Neculce tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iván Zamorano in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
