Ovidiu Dincă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Onega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Ovidiu Dincă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 25th minute of play. Ovidiu Dincă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Michal Lagiewniki sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Cristi Secoşan got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Ovidiu Dincă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 33rd minute of play. Fc Gimmel Baia Mare-MM-'s Ovidiu Dincă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 36th minute of play. Ovidiu Dincă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 37th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Onega. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
