Samuel Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Thanks to some nice moves Milagros Fraga could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Samuel Santos however easily saved by the left post. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 52nd minute. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Joaquin Prats fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Samuel Santos quite easily take care of the ball. It was a well-played corner which Milagros Fraga managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Wincek in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. La Società Sport Osasco's Gilvan Maranhense was substituted for Emil Wincek. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by CJ Lewandowski in the 78th minute of play. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. In the 85th match minute, La Società Sport Osasco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to La Società Sport Osasco getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Rafa Mangueira hit a great ball. Samuel Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Gallo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Samuel Santos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Leonardo Hoffmann made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. Samuel Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Società Sport Osasco.
