Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edson Ribeiro started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Edson Ribeiro made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Joshua Garrido got a free kick in the 5th minute. Quinto Fonticoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 8th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mo Wei Xing hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quinto Fonticoba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Quinto Fonticoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute Edson Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luan Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Quinto Fonticoba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Grigore in the 51st minute of play. Abram Sarmiento in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Quinto Fonticoba, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Edson Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edson Ribeiro in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Gomesano Gatica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Gomesano Gatica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Edson Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute, Kevin Mastache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucrețiu Grigore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba got control of the ball when Ignacio Mastache tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Gomesano Gatica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Gomesano Gatica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Lucrețiu Grigore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Abram Secada took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quinto Fonticoba. Quinto Fonticoba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 92 minutes in the game Edson Ribeiro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Pedro Augusto Sena. Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Mastache in the 96th minute of play. Kevin Mastache scored 2-4 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quinto Fonticoba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Grêmio Prudente manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Colombia to win.
