Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michalis Karkavilas, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 余烨政 in the 38th minute of the match. If Buyung Setiamiharja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Wiktor Bator made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Alberto Tafalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Lisandri in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armin Proietto. Jangkrik Boss's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Armin Proietto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Lisandri in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Lisandri came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when 余烨政 tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jangkrik Boss players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mexico.
