After 40 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Santino Seco. Nils Hovermanns short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Pedro Manzanares to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gigel Elenescu charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gigel Elenescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilhelm Nienhaus to strike the kick off in the second half. Moritz Hasenjäger hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match.
