Club Getafe Deportivo's Jairo Castellano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adışirin Azayev in the 5th minute of play. Jairo Castellano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barni Irigoyen, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Jairo Castellano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barni Irigoyen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Barni Irigoyen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Castellano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Tony Uchiha successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Víctor Feal scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tony Uchiha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barni Irigoyen in the 29th minute of play forced Club Getafe Deportivo's goalkeeper Jairo Castellano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Uchiha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curcio Carballeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adışirin Azayev might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Castellano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adışirin Azayev ran back to his position shaking his head. After 46 played minutes, R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Ola Lekberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jairo Castellano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И reached it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ambrosio Frisco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Club Getafe Deportivo's Jairo Castellano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Club Getafe Deportivo from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Club Getafe Deportivo's Orlo Sarrate got a free kick in the 54th minute. Ambrosio Frisco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Jairo Castellano made a huge save. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И made a substitution. Gerardo Chabier replaced Barni Irigoyen. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Don King was substituted for Adışirin Azayev. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Cristo Rey was substituted for Ambrosio Frisco. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristo Rey in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jairo Castellano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jairo Castellano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Rey's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Club Getafe Deportivo's goalkeeper Jairo Castellano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Don King. Club Getafe Deportivo made a substitution. Xabat Dobale replaced Laurgain Lama. Club Getafe Deportivo's Vlad Ţăranu was substituted for Rafael Navarro. In the 82nd minute of the match R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И got a corner. Club Getafe Deportivo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jesus Ofelio ran over to the corner to take the kick. R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jesus Ofelio in the 84th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's Wincent Poling slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jairo Castellano. That made the score 1-1 after 84 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Rey in the 89th minute of play forced Club Getafe Deportivo's goalkeeper Jairo Castellano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 92nd minute of play forced R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И's goalkeeper Tony Uchiha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the R̶Ī̶И̶И̶Є̶Ǥ̶Â̶И players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
