After taking down the ball on Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's corner Levente Pucheli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. After 20 played minutes Károly Szepesvári rounded Venezuela's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Levente Pucheli put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Alex Zádori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Levente Pucheli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levente Pucheli in the 57th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Levente Pucheli came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gedeon Fenyves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Pucheli in the 68th minute of play. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 71st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 74th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alex Zádori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Zádori, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 86th minute Levente Pucheli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
