Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Victorino Cordara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Jonathan Garaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Jonathan Garaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ignacio Dubardo got a throw-in 26 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Angelo Arcari. In the 30th minute, Constantino Alfonso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 34 minutes CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Alfonso in the 36th minute of play. After 37 played minutes CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Mazuste. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tobiasz Basinski was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Constantino Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE's attentive Victorino Cordara managed to snatch the ball when Ivan Navarro made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. After 47 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Carvallo. 48 minutes into the match, CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE's Mariano Mazuste sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lautaro Navarro narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The wind increased when Jonathan Garaona made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes in the game Christian Sancho did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Sebastian Villa. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Valentín Carvallo hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Constantino Alfonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE's Constantino Alfonso got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 70th minute of play forced CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE's goalkeeper Tobiasz Basinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Constantino Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Esteban Carvallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobiasz Basinski saved CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE from getting behind. The supporters of CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Carvallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the game, Ivan Navarro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE the free kick. CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE's Jose Abalos was substituted for Elia Sorrentino. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 89th minute. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Esteban Carvallo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Mariano Mazuste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Mariano Mazuste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobiasz Basinski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mariano Mazuste's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mariano Mazuste helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Honduras booed when CLUB ATLÉTICO TIGRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Mazuste didn't get a good kick on the ball.
