Julio Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute, József Sallói made a precise shot to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some careless play in the Bolivia defense, József Sallói kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. The Bolivia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Freixa should have stopped the shot. In the 13th minute, József Sallói left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szentgotthárd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Alejandro Villa got a free kick in the 19th minute. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Konstanty Dzierwa sped through Bolivia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Dzierwa in the 26th minute of the match. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Kornél Hajdú tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zakariás Tótfalusi in the 32nd minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from József Sallói in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Benito Madrid got a free kick in the 35th minute. Camilo Freixa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from József Sallói, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from József Sallói went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. When Szentgotthárd's Konstanty Dzierwa in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bolivia's goalie prevented a goal.

In the 50th match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Chicote to maneuver through the defense. When Ismael Tejedor fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Ismael Tejedor a yellow card for diving instead. Konstanty Dzierwa shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Camilo Freixa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bálint Battai in the 54th minute. Ismael Tejedor hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The Szentgotthárd fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Szentgotthárd's József Sallói looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Zakariás Tótfalusi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, József Sallói dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Camilo Freixa, 0-8. Konstanty Dzierwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Szentgotthárd's József Sallói. But to his dismay, József Sallói quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. József Sallói's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Camilo Freixa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 78th match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso de la Cruz to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the game, József Sallói recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Camilo Freixa. József Sallói showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. 82 minutes into the match, Zakariás Tótfalusi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Freixa. Bolivia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zakariás Tótfalusi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. In the 86th minute Konstanty Dzierwa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szentgotthárd's József Sallói was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 89th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when József Sallói got free with Camilo Freixa in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Szentgotthárd could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bolivia throughout the match.
