Mazhar Falcıoğlu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 27 minutes into the match, FC Maliğin Adamları's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Robustiano Mitxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reynaldo Napier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Napier in the 36th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincent Schlim in the 38th minute. Efrain Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, FC Maliğin Adamları's Reynaldo Napier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when FC Maliğin Adamları was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luka Bartz didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mazhar Falcıoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 60th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Reynaldo Napier sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a FC Maliğin Adamları's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Schlim, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. FC Maliğin Adamları were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Costa Rica for a fine match.
