Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Berganza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Panama's Aaron Barrios got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 6th minute of play forced بني سويف's goalkeeper Krzysztof Dubiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. بني سويف's Krzysztof Dubiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 8th minute of play. When Isidoro Sarmiento, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 8 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Krzysztof Dubiel was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Krzysztof Dubiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The supporters of بني سويف booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, بني سويف's Abdel Monsef Ramez got a free kick in the 17th minute. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horácio Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laureano Gómez took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 25th minute, Felice Di Luca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The بني سويف fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The بني سويف fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when بني سويف's Laureano Gómez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 33 minutes into the match, Laureano Gómez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laureano Gómez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 36th minute of the match بني سويف got a corner. Panama's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Laureano Gómez ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Laureano Gómez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcos Cotilla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Krzysztof Dubiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Miralles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 40 minutes of play, بني سويف's Gomaa Hamdy made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Laureano Gómez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 47th minute, Felice Di Luca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

A collision led to بني سويف getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ingmar Lang hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Krzysztof Dubiel. بني سويف's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. After 63 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barrios. Miguel Miralles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felice Di Luca's late challenge caught a Panama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felice Di Luca helped the player get up and apologised. Felice Di Luca hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Gómez in the 79th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horácio Godoi in the 81st minute. In the 81st match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for بني سويف! In the 89th minute Miguel Miralles clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. Laureano Gómez charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laureano Gómez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Laureano Gómez kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Felipe Ros kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Horácio Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Felice Di Luca kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. بني سويف's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
