Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 20th match minute, Ciruel Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cebrián Fonticoba to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Puyol in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match, Cristian Sancho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Navarro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rafael Villanueva charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Villanueva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Ciruel Academy got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Villanueva. After a defensive mix-up in Ciruel Academy's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Navarro came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ciruel Academy's Thomas Morera got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tio Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Ciruel Academy's Perico Rojas was substituted for Cebrián Fonticoba. In the 60th minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, one of Ciruel Academy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Pedro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 72nd minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bartolomé Sabina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th match minute, Ciruel Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Puyol to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 97th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
