The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Kevin Mastache a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of BANDOLEIROS osasco booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Mastache didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Billy Sandström in the 4th minute of play. If Billy Sandström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Billy Sandström came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the BANDOLEIROS osasco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billy Sandström couldn't finish the play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billy Sandström in the 9th minute of the match. Abram Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Karl Pilgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Billy Sandström made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Karl Pilgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by BANDOLEIROS osasco's Billy Sandström. But to his dismay, Billy Sandström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Karl Pilgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 22nd minute of the match. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Sandström in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 26th minute of play forced BANDOLEIROS osasco's goalkeeper Karl Pilgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to Colombia's Orlando Tafalla getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 31st minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BANDOLEIROS osasco's Karl Pilgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 33rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Karl Pilgren threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abram Sarmiento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. BANDOLEIROS osasco were furious when Kleber Chalas was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Colombia booed when BANDOLEIROS osasco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kleber Chalas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl Pilgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl Pilgren came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Abram Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. BANDOLEIROS osasco made a substitution. Peter Paul Crouch replaced Billy Sandström. Karl Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the BANDOLEIROS osasco defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl Pilgren. The BANDOLEIROS osasco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl Pilgren should have stopped the shot. BANDOLEIROS osasco's Karl Pilgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Carballar in the 76th minute of play. The Colombia fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Colombia's Ignacio Mastache looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Karl Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache in the 80th minute of play. Karl Pilgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BANDOLEIROS osasco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abram Secada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Paul Crouch in the 87th minute. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Peter Paul Crouch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-3 in the 87 minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Ignacio Mastache cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Karl Pilgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignacio Mastache in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl Pilgren saved BANDOLEIROS osasco from getting behind. Colombia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
