Monty Rogers took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Daniël Isla. Daniël Isla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th minute, George Lucas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Filomeno Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Daniël Isla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniël Isla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Lando in the 26th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Marco Day managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Filomeno Bladi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Filomeno Bladi hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Zach Harrison fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored USA's protests and gave Zach Harrison a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zach Harrison to maneuver through the defense. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Bladi in the 34th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Bladi came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's corner David Antunes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Day quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Moritz Riedel hit a great ball. The supporters of αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zach Harrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ got a freekick which was hit by Rodriguinho Moraes. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when George Lucas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Bladi came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Lucas in the 55th minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniël Isla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 61st minute of play. Rodriguinho Moraes hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Jenson Smith couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 80th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ. Daniël Isla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 82nd minute of play. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moritz Riedel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Daniël Isla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ from getting a goal against them. Marco Baker struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Daniël Isla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. After a rather tough play, USA's Koby Fletcher got a free kick in the 92nd minute. αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's David Antunes got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniël Isla stood somewhat misplaced when Sam Campbell came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 96 minute. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ throughout the match.
