Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guter Tobia started the match with the kick off. Marcial Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 4th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Bakar saved Aves Negras from getting behind. The Peru fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Peru's Julian Murillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 7 minutes into the match, Luz Tejedor notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar. Marcial Bakar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, Jurand Banas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcial Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Peru booed when Aves Negras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Urtsin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game was made by Raimundo Padro with Tamer Yalçıner as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aves Negras's goalie prevented a goal. Marcial Bakar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcial Bakar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julian Murillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcial Bakar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Murillo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 54th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raimundo Padro made in the 59th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alejo Goyo however managed to control. A sloppy throw-in by Raimundo Padro in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. With a little luck, Aves Negras's Marcial Bakar got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcial Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcial Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Aves Negras's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Marcial Bakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Artal, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Marcial Bakar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Tenorio in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Gallo in the 96th minute of play forced Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Aves Negras throughout the match.
