With a little luck, Protegéerna's Bolo Skjold got control of the ball when Murilo Barros Rosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arman Lingren made in the 10th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Michael Näver. Petter Skarkman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brazil's attentive Ivo Reis Quadros managed to snatch the ball when Arman Lingren made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. Ivo Reis Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murilo Barros Rosa got free with Bolo Skjold in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Barros Rosa in the 18th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Bolo Skjold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Murilo Barros Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bolo Skjold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolo Skjold made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murilo Barros Rosa in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute Brazil were awarded a corner. Alexandre Paz Rocha went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Brazil's Ivo Reis Quadros getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jakob Lundin in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heitor Paim Belluci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Murilo Barros Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bolo Skjold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Aguiar Farias in the 38th minute of the match. Brazil's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alexandre Paz Rocha in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Murilo Barros Rosa made a kick off. Rafael Machado Cardoso made in the 53rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Protegéerna's Ulrik Söderlund. In the 60th minute Danilo Aguiar Farias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bolo Skjold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolo Skjold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Aguiar Farias, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 69th minute Murilo Barros Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bolo Skjold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Brazil's goalkeeper Heitor Paim Belluci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petter Skarkman. 76 minutes into the game, Murilo Barros Rosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Bolo Skjold was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Protegéerna made a substitution. Guido Python replaced Jakob Lundin. Brazil made a substitution. Murilo Bueno Lobo replaced Diogo Paim Macedo. Brazil were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Protegéerna's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ivo Reis Quadros took the corner. Protegéerna's Ossi Eloranta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Murilo Barros Rosa in the 92 minute of the game. 94 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Murilo Bueno Lobo came free, but Bolo Skjold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brazil walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
