Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abram Sarmiento got the match started through his kick off. Vlad Ţăranu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vlad Ţăranu in the 5th minute of play. Club Getafe Deportivo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Orlo Sarrate in the 7th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Vlad Ţăranu heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Curcio Carballeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Club Getafe Deportivo's Jairo Castellano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 17th minute of play. Axel Montenegro might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Castellano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Axel Montenegro ran back to his position shaking his head. Club Getafe Deportivo's Jairo Castellano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrico Del Bosque. Pedro Manzanares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Henrico Del Bosque showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. Colombia's Axel Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Abram Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jairo Castellano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 32nd minute of play forced Club Getafe Deportivo's goalkeeper Jairo Castellano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jairo Castellano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 45 minutes into the game, Abram Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Jairo Castellano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 3-3 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Curcio Carballeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henrico Del Bosque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrico Del Bosque, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 54 minutes in the game, Henrico Del Bosque dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Jairo Castellano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 57th minute. In the 66th minute, Gau Bergada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. In the 76th minute Hubert Marais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Abram Secada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Abram Secada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Castellano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 95th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Curcio Carballeira's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Getafe Deportivo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
