With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iason Plexioudas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iason Plexioudas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 played minutes MELATES F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Rakowski. Panos Chasiotis kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. The supporters of Honduras booed when MELATES F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kleanthis Ifantis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes MELATES F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dimosthenis Tzalakostas. Edmundo Espiga succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Ivan Navarro made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Sebastian Villa however managed to control. After 93 minutes, Edmundo Espiga made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. MELATES F.C.'s Iason Plexioudas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Honduras walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
