Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) AKDmicos FC's Narciso Azubeli started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Andres Erramun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Erramun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Furtado came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Ricardo Oton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AKDmicos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Ricardo Oton kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Andres Erramun was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nunez Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, AKDmicos FC's Luciano Gutxi got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 36th minute, AKDmicos FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luis Andino fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Azubeli in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 50th match minute, AKDmicos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Esquipula to maneuver through the defense. Andres Erramun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Gaudencio Tano hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Andres Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
