Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zlatko Ibrahimović took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. The throw-in from Salvador Gisbert in the 6th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fragleses's Adam Zawaski. After 8 minutes of play, Fragleses's Zlatko Ibrahimović made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute Fragleses were awarded a corner. Roch Dejo went to the cornerflag to take it. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kim Hänninen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Zlatko Ibrahimović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fragleses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zlatko Ibrahimović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Salvador Gisbert in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fragleses's Adam Zawaski. Zlatko Ibrahimović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 22 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 24th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zlatko Ibrahimović took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 32 played minutes Fragleses got a freekick which was hit by Roch Dejo. 34 minutes into the game, Zlatko Ibrahimović cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 39th minute of play. Alex Chicote made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alex Chicote however managed to control. Alex Chicote's late challenge caught a Fragleses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Chicote helped the player get up and apologised. In the 42nd minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kim Hänninen having to interfere. The Venezuela players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fragleses were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Kim Hänninen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 54th minute of play forced Fragleses's goalkeeper Kim Hänninen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 58th minute of play. Zlatko Ibrahimović blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kim Hänninen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Zlatko Ibrahimović sent off a good shot on target. Zlatko Ibrahimović blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. 68 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Zlatko Ibrahimović came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fragleses's Grzegorz Rasiak was substituted for Zlatko Ibrahimović. Fragleses's Waldemar Wojtowicz was substituted for Olaf Wojtowicz. Wiktor Gomolka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Rasiak came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fragleses's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roch Dejo in the 78th minute. Grzegorz Rasiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match Fragleses got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roch Dejo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Venezuela's goalie and right to Vsevolod Rotan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Venezuela's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of Fragleses booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kim Hänninen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grzegorz Rasiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Grzegorz Rasiak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fragleses fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Rasiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Fragleses's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
