Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ademar Santana charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ademar Santana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Zé Pedro Mineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. HollywooDogs's Chester Bennington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of play. 42 minutes in the game Guillermo Mariano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tomas Illescas. When Zé Pedro Mineiro came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the HollywooDogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Pedro Mineiro couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Ricardinho Alvarenga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Pedro Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Samuca Donatello charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuca Donatello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Samuca Donatello kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celsinho Couto during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, HollywooDogs's Celsinho Couto got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Zé Pedro Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th match minute, HollywooDogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuca Donatello to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HollywooDogs the free kick. In the 71st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A very good chance for a goal. The HollywooDogs support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
