Karl-Michael Blanck hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bograngen's Inge Uggstedt. Inge Uggstedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Inge Uggstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inge Uggstedt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Krister Grönlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inge Uggstedt. Bograngen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inge Uggstedt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Deckbergh in the 24th minute of the match. Inge Uggstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 29 in the game by Krister Grönlund from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inge Uggstedt. Inge Uggstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 37th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inge Uggstedt. Inge Uggstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bograngen's Frank Helström got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Inge Uggstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Tony Deckbergh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inge Uggstedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Inge Uggstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho scored 0-7 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inge Uggstedt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 67 minutes, Frank Helström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bograngen and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 75th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Inge Uggstedt. Inge Uggstedt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. In the 82nd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inge Uggstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. In the 91st minute, Bograngen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inge Uggstedt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
