Pinki Kush was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the match, ACe Aimaro Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Pinki Kush reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by ACe Aimaro Juniors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Rolando Noboa was a little too slow when Florentino Dacio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play forced ACe Aimaro Juniors's goalkeeper Pinki Kush to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Jerzy Oliszewski with José Vítor Sampaio as target, who quickly passed the ball forward.
