Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. Axel Tasis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 9 played minutes NK FOLKROLA got a freekick which was hit by Vidko Bižal. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brando Kecelj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Noboa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Brando Kecelj recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Brando Kecelj showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abel Carballo during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 30th minute. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Maximilian Prunk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. After 37 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. NK FOLKROLA's Maximilian Prunk suffered a sore foot after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 46 minutes of play Costa Rica's Abel Carballo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirko Ileršič in the 55th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd match minute, NK FOLKROLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brando Kecelj to maneuver through the defense. After 71 minutes of play NK FOLKROLA's Brando Kecelj was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lautaro Puig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Veselko Recko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Veselko Recko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Rene Venika received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Mirko Ileršič might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mirko Ileršič ran back to his position shaking his head. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mirko Ileršič went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. NK FOLKROLA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
