Jonathan Venegas charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jonathan Venegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 17th match minute, B-S-L was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Di Angelsø to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Patryk Gecionis in the 25th minute really tested Jonathan Ferrant's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Patryk Gecionis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Patryk Gecionis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 28th minute. Di Angelsø's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Di Angelsø helped the player get up and apologised. Di Angelsø hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Júnior de Moraes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Patryk Gecionis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas suffered a sore foot after 39 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Guga Bezerra fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored B-S-L's protests and gave Guga Bezerra a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to B-S-L getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Guga Bezerra hit a great ball. In the 47th play minute Júnior de Moraes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. 3-0.

In the 60th minute, Patryk Gecionis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Ulryk Olszewski made in the 69th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jaime Alcântara. 71 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Júnior de Moraes came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júnior de Moraes in the 71st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júnior de Moraes in the 75th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 77 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Júnior de Moraes sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patryk Gecionis went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Roberto Ocampo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Peter Lundgren made a huge save. Jaime Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. B-S-L made a substitution. Basílio Terra replaced Nildo Seco. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Di Angelsø in the 95th minute of play. After 96 minutes, Júnior de Moraes made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. B-S-L's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
