Moises Fernandino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but 杨云枫 made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 孟峰剑 in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 孟峰剑, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moises Fernandino made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Salvador's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 杨云枫 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
