The throw-in from Ismael Tejedor in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BK Nerysminne's Ulf Hernström. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Fernandino got free with Alexander Malmström in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, BK Nerysminne's Alexander Malmström got control of the ball when Eduardo Fontirroig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eduardo Fontirroig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Alexander Malmström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Alejandro Villa in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BK Nerysminne's Jan Hedström. In the 17th match minute, BK Nerysminne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Örtlund to maneuver through the defense. Mario Fernandino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Malmström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 29th minute. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Alfredo Ferrant took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alexander Malmström to make any attempt to save it. 34 minutes into the match, BK Nerysminne's goalkeeper Alexander Malmström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Fernandino. Mario Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alexander Malmström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Fernandino to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Malmström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso de la Cruz in the 42nd minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Malmström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After having played for 55 minutes, Alfredo Ferrant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Ferrant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BK Nerysminne's Jan Hedström quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alejandro Villa, made in the 59th minute of the game. BK Nerysminne's attentive Jan Hedström managed to snatch the ball when Joshua Miralles made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Bolivia's Mario Fernandino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Malmström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexander Malmström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Fernandino in the 65th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Ferrant during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Mario Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Malmström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Malmström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Alfredo Ferrant ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Malmström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 79 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Villa. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Fontirroig in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Malmström saved BK Nerysminne from getting behind. BK Nerysminne's Alexander Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso de la Cruz in the 89th minute of play.
