Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lucero Mezquita got the match started through his kick off. Sperides were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Canada's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isaac Carballido took the corner. The corner led Sperides's Isaac Carballido to fire away a dangerous shot which Jax Williamson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lucero Mezquita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jax Williamson having to interfere. Roberto Peto took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Jan Dixon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hibai Olano. The goal made the score 1-1. Richard Mccarthy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Hibai Olano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Dixon might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hibai Olano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan Dixon ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Dixon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hibai Olano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Mccarthy in the 37th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Sperides's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Dixon came free, but Hibai Olano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Sperides made a substitution. Adriano Santalla replaced Henning Valler. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koby Wright was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Sperides's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Mccarthy came free, but Hibai Olano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hibai Olano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koby Wright in the 59th minute of play forced Sperides's goalkeeper Hibai Olano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jan Dixon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hibai Olano was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. After having played for 68 minutes, Jan Dixon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Canada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Dixon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Canada made a substitution. Prince Anderson replaced Carter George. In the 73rd minute Jan Dixon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hibai Olano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hibai Olano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Dixon in the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Filip Edwards had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hibai Olano. Sperides's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filip Edwards was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Filip Edwards sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Richard Mccarthy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canada's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Mccarthy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hibai Olano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Canada booed when Sperides was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Desailly didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Filip Edwards cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Hibai Olano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 97th minute, Filip Edwards left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.
