An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 3rd minute of play forced Carno FK's goalkeeper Hayrullah İrfanoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Vollander in the 4th minute of play. Victoro Soto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Hayrullah İrfanoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Tafalla went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Carno FK's Hayrullah İrfanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 14th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Carno FK's Victoro Soto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. Cameron Pruett kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Karhan Topçay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carno FK's goalie prevented a goal. Hayrullah İrfanoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joel Gaona's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Hayrullah İrfanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 38th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberto Tafalla in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hayrullah İrfanoğlu saved Carno FK from getting behind. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hayrullah İrfanoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Hayrullah İrfanoğlu in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Vollander came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Victoro Soto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoro Soto, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. With a little luck, Carno FK's Hayrullah İrfanoğlu got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Vollander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Victoro Soto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Victoro Soto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hayrullah İrfanoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Victoro Soto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Carno FK's goalkeeper Hayrullah İrfanoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carno FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Zorita getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Lorenzo Cazalla got a free kick in the 90th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şenel Rafet in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute Carno FK were awarded a corner. Şenel Rafet went to the cornerflag to take it. Carno FK's Şenel Rafet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Carno FK were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Şenel Rafet took the corner. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
