JK raamatuid.ee's Aleksey Goldshtein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, JK raamatuid.ee's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Aleksey Goldshtein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Laur Randmaa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julio Vera, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Laur Randmaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Laur Randmaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo das Neves in the 24th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aron Lipp was slow to take the kick. During this time JK raamatuid.ee's players had a chance to rest. JK raamatuid.ee's Aron Lipp was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo das Neves in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. JK raamatuid.ee's Aleksey Goldshtein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leopoldo das Neves to strike the kick off in the second half. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of JK raamatuid.ee booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laur Randmaa in the 60th minute of the match. Aleksey Goldshtein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Saelices in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of JK raamatuid.ee's Aleksey Goldshtein. Aleksey Goldshtein was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laur Randmaa in the 66th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Aleksey Goldshtein to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Laur Randmaa took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Aleksey Goldshtein in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aleksey Goldshtein. Aleksey Goldshtein yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Hannes Eit hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo das Neves in the 84th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo das Neves in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. JK raamatuid.ee's Czeslaw Knopek got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Czeslaw Knopek off the ground. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Aleksey Goldshtein in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. JK raamatuid.ee succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ecuador had controlled the match.
