Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Tomas Illescas made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute, Nilson Snabl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray Clemence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 minutes Manly FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. In the 9th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Alexander Arnold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Alexander Arnold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexander Arnold kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Mo Salah sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice moves Mo Salah could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. Manly FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alexander Arnold in the 26th minute. After taking down the ball on Manly FC's corner Alexander Arnold fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Mo Salah who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mo Salah in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 31st play minutes Mo Salah shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 34th minute, John Aldridge made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Mo Salah made the kick off in the second half. Manly FC's John Aldridge got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mo Salah in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alexander Arnold was slow to take the kick. During this time Manly FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Duke Carnduff heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Arnold in the 61st minute of the match. In the 66th minute Clifford Hamilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute Mo Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70th play minutes Mo Salah shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Manly FC's Fleming Wal was substituted for Jasmine Kaine. The throw-in from Salvador Gisbert in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Manly FC's Alexander Arnold. The throw-in from Alex Chicote in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Manly FC's Irving Bonnison. The throw-in from Fleming Wal in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ray Clemence read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After 90 minutes Manly FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ray Clemence quite easily take care of the ball. Mo Salah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Manly FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
