Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of play forced Oakham's goalkeeper Bryan Hui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Soon in the 11th minute of play. Bryan Hui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryan Hui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bryan Hui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Soon in the 26th minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Oakham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gara Chian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Chong hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes, Juan Sebastián Puig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Oakham players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Ecuador:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oakham:s goal. The referee gave Oakham a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Asiz Rajah, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. 1-0. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Asiz Rajah in the 41st minute. Julio Vera was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Jerry Soon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jerry Soon really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerry Soon in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jerry Soon to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Hui having to interfere. If Jerry Soon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Oakham's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Bryan Hui despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Oakham's Gara Hock was substituted for Mark Koh. Jerry Soon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 78th minute of play forced Oakham's goalkeeper Bryan Hui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gara Hock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustín Saelices could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Bryan Hui made a huge save.
