Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Venezuela booed when BELAJ BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiph Sandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Esbjörn Apelquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 23rd minute of play forced BELAJ BOYS's goalkeeper Esbjörn Apelquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's attentive Patricio Costa managed to snatch the ball when Filiph Sandberg made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Esbjörn Apelquist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Guillermo Mariano got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute Rudolf Lundgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjörn Apelquist came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rudolf Lundgren to make the kick off. Filiph Sandberg hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. BELAJ BOYS's Zaaki Zakas was substituted for Banan Banana. The supporters of Venezuela booed when BELAJ BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiph Sandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Lundgren in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute, one of BELAJ BOYS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BELAJ BOYS. The referee gave Venezuela a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tomas Illescas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BELAJ BOYS's Esbjörn Apelquist. 2-0. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Fabian Gurgul tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 71st match minute, BELAJ BOYS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiph Sandberg to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 82nd minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Rudolf Lundgren came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the BELAJ BOYS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rudolf Lundgren couldn't finish the play. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf Lundgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Venezuela players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
