Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Axel Tasis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Axel Tasis took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harry Bäckström. Harry Bäckström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Axel Tasis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel Tasis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Harry Bäckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wictor Morat came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benito Sanz could save by the left post. Lautaro Puig might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Bäckström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Puig ran back to his position shaking his head. After 30 minutes, Alan Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the FC Higher players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wictor Morat in the 33rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Carballo to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Axel Tasis during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Benito Sanz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Wictor Morat made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wictor Morat in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Eskil Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. FC Higher's Harry Bäckström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save FC Higher from getting a goal against them. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to FC Higher getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Bror Ek hit a great ball. In the 69thth minute of the game Ludwig Holmberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute, Axel Tasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Pål Beck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Lautaro Puig struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Harry Bäckström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. With a little luck, FC Higher's Harry Bäckström got control of the ball when Lautaro Puig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wictor Morat in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 90th minute of play forced FC Higher's goalkeeper Harry Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Tasis got free with Harry Bäckström in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Higher fully deserved thier win.
