Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Team Rocco's Vincent Olofsson. But to his dismay, Vincent Olofsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After having played for 5 minutes, Allan Malmström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team Rocco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Malmström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8thth minute of the game Vincent Olofsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Alfred Samuelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Vincent Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Nordlund came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. If Vincent Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes Team Rocco got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Olofsson. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvald Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 3-0 came through a penalty shot after 41 played minutes, when Team Rocco:s Göran Unesson calmly waited for Venezuela:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Göran Unesson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Team Rocco's supporters rose to their feet, but Göran Unesson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Team Rocco's Vincent Olofsson got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vincent Olofsson was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Olofsson in the 53rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Göran Unesson in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Team Rocco booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Göran Unesson might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Göran Unesson ran back to his position shaking his head. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th match minute, Team Rocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvald Fredriksson to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göran Unesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, Team Rocco's Osvald Fredriksson got a free kick in the 75th minute. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's Ralf Vase broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Allan Malmström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Allan Malmström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Team Rocco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvald Fredriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 minutes Team Rocco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tomas Illescas who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson did a great save. With his leg Sven-Edvin Mårtensson managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vincent Olofsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Göran Unesson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Göran Unesson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Edvin Mårtensson having to interfere. Sebastian Nordlund struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Rocco. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Team Rocco had played much better football throughout.
