In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind EFSANE SİVASSPOR's goalkeeper Costică Peter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eliseo Mina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Costică Peter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Messi in the 36th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, EFSANE SİVASSPOR's Ronaldo Messi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. EFSANE SİVASSPOR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ailton Da Silva in the 46th minute. The corner ended in Ailton Da Silva almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Peru's Rolando Noboa did a great save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Ronaldo Messi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronaldo Messi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolando Noboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronaldo Messi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 59th minute. Efraim Gilabert made in the 64th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Milagros Fraga immediately put the ball in play. Ronaldo Messi came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rolando Noboa could save by the left post. EFSANE SİVASSPOR's Vygandas Jančiauskas was substituted for Ronaldo Messi. EFSANE SİVASSPOR made a substitution. Fatih Kocaman replaced Ailton Da Silva. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Güray Çetiner made a throw-in in the 79th minute of the game. The EFSANE SİVASSPOR players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
