It was a penalty for Uruguay! Uruguay:s Joaquin Gayoso showed great skill when he stopped Laslo Luginbühl:s penalty. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Gelmore FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wolfgang Aloph didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Mahieddine Bouzid made a huge save. The Uruguay fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. After having played for 74 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gelmore FC's Gunner Ringholm got a free kick in the 75th minute. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Gelmore FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eberhardt Theda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Francisco Seco took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mahieddine Bouzid. Mahieddine Bouzid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 85th minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Sainz during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jorge Sainz hit a great ball. Mahieddine Bouzid made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Uruguay had played much better football throughout.
