When Ecuador's Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 12 Angry Men's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lóránd Szarka got free with Julio Vera in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Domonkos Sörös came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bulcsú Sipos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

51 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Szántó came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after 12 Angry Men's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Ecuador's Luis Andino was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Domonkos Sörös in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 12 Angry Men's Domonkos Sörös proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save 12 Angry Men from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domonkos Sörös. That made the score 1-4 after 79 minutes of play. In the 83rd minute, Ion Drâmba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domonkos Sörös acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniel Zorita. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Domonkos Sörös made a huge save. Domonkos Sörös didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. In the 91st minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Szántó in the 93rd minute of play.
