With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislaw Koczara in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. When Edwardów's Gao Yin Yang in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Edwardów's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrzej Damaski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezary Kaczeniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kilian Mbappè kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stanislaw Koczara to strike the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Edwardów's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Luca Rouco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cezary Kaczeniak quite easily take care of the ball. After 81 minutes, Piotr Malinowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Edwardów and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th minute Facundo Cadaval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cezary Kaczeniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rdth minute of the game Gao Yin Yang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezary Kaczeniak having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mexico fully deserved thier win.
