Xhoris's Senne Vrijdags got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuure Jamieson, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Senne Vrijdags in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Gust Swiggers notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 17 minutes, Samuel Roosendael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xhoris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Roosendael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Tuure Jamieson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tuure Jamieson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 21 minutes into the match, Gust Swiggers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Senne Vrijdags, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes of play, Xhoris's Gust Swiggers made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Roosendael in the 38th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Tuure Jamieson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tuure Jamieson's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

Arno Van Hamme charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arno Van Hamme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xhoris:s Richard Billberg showed great skill when he stopped Tomas Illescas:s penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Gust Swiggers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 0-8 in the 61 minute of play. Freek Jongbloedt kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Billberg was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Xhoris's Tuure Jamieson. But to his dismay, Tuure Jamieson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Xhoris's Zapryan Vasov was substituted for Freek Jongbloedt. Xhoris's Gwenn Van Riel was substituted for William Wipp. In the 73rd minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gust Swiggers fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Richard Billberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 76th minute. Richard Billberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Xhoris's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Xhoris's Richard Billberg did a great save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Goran Vidović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Goran Vidović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
