Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Greger Kullgren got free with Benito Sanz in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lennart Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Emanuel Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Göran Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 17th minute of play. The FC Snipers fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when FC Snipers's Göran Olofsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 31stth minute of the game Göran Olofsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jörn Giöck during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when FC Snipers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörn Giöck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuel Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Arman Bremming came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the FC Snipers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arman Bremming couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Greger Kullgren. Eliseo Noboa charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseo Noboa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Noboa to maneuver through the defense. FC Snipers's Martin Hedlund shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Benito Sanz but with some difficulty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Göran Olofsson made a kick off. Emanuel Brandin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Tasis in the 52nd minute. Emanuel Brandin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Göran Olofsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Snipers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Göran Olofsson put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Sanz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 64th minute of play forced FC Snipers's goalkeeper Emanuel Brandin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göran Olofsson in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Göran Olofsson hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Olofsson in the 77th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. Lennart Svensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 played minutes FC Snipers got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Vedholm. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the game, Lautaro Puig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Snipers the free kick. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC Snipers's Martin Hedlund got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Lennart Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Snipers fully deserved thier win.
