No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 55th minute of the match, 狄皓彬 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mustafa Haydar Salik got free with Julio Vera in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 莫义朋 came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 狄皓彬 in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 莫义朋 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If 狄皓彬 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Gisbert charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Gisbert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 92 minutes, Daniel Zorita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the ☆战国☆流星メ划破夜空的烈焰 players grew even worse after the yellow card.
