Joseph Hubbard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the game, Hockley AFC's Joseph Hubbard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Joseph Hubbard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Joaquin Gayoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jason Seagrave in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Seagrave in the 17th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee showed Francisco Seco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a free kick in the 30th minute. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph Hubbard in the 31st minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jason Seagrave in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Francisco Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fred Lineker was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. The Hockley AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Uruguay were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Hockley AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matty Gerrard didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alberto Gisbert hit a great ball. Jason Seagrave blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jason Seagrave's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jason Seagrave in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Hockley AFC's Joseph Hubbard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jason Seagrave in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. After having played for 70 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hockley AFC made a substitution. Lawrence Crayon replaced Oliver Watson. A collision led to Hockley AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Lawrence Crayon hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Fred Lineker in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Hockley AFC's Fred Lineker got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Maximiliano Escribano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jason Seagrave in the 96th minute of the match. The Uruguay players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Hockley AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
