Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Lineker having to interfere. In the 8th minute Joseph Hubbard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fred Lineker. Hockley AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jason Seagrave spun around in front of the goal 12 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Venezuela's goal. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 23rd minute of play forced Hockley AFC's goalkeeper Fred Lineker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jason Seagraves short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fred Lineker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Hockley AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Fred Lineker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xaverius Xavier in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 41st minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Xaverius Xavier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hockley AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xaverius Xavier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jason Seagrave made a kick off. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Fred Lineker made a huge save. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Jason Seagrave recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jason Seagrave's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Fred Lineker was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Patricio Costa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Patricio Costa really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Hockley AFC's Fred Lineker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Jason Seagrave shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Fred Lineker when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jason Seagrave in the 91st minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Hockley AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Fred Lineker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ma Ting Nan in the 95th minute of play.
