Karol Panasewicz took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karol Panasewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aykut Aşkın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Blue Mountain State getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Emanuel Garin hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaser Oğuzman in the 26th minute of play. Blue Mountain State's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Afşar Uçuk in the 28th minute. Blue Mountain State's Aykut Aşkın was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pedro Manzanares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Panasewicz in the 32nd minute of play. Karol Panasewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. In the 38th minute Karol Panasewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robin Sharma. Blue Mountain State's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 45 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain State's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Robin Sharma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Abram Sarmiento tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robin Sharma saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Axel Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Sharma having to interfere. Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 54th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Robin Sharma threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abram Sarmiento, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Robin Sharma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karol Panasewicz took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Blue Mountain State made a substitution. George Popescu replaced Tang Yang Le. Blue Mountain State's Lionel-Andrés Messi was substituted for Karol Panasewicz. Robin Sharma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Luis Cazalla quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aykut Aşkın, made in the 73rd minute of the game. Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Blue Mountain State from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute, Colombia's Ignacio Mastache dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. When Aykut Aşkın came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Blue Mountain State fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aykut Aşkın couldn't finish the play. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Popescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Blue Mountain State's Robin Sharma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 86th minute of play. After 86 minutes of play, Colombia's Santino Seco made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robin Sharma was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 90th minute of play. Robin Sharma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Blue Mountain State's Lionel-Andrés Messi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
